The Botox/Dysport Membership is a 12-month contract for $99 per month which will begin on the 1st auto-debited date and will be billed on the first of each month thereafter. Each payment of $99 will be placed into your account as a credit and can be used toward any future service treatment or product purchase at this clinic.
As a Thank-You for your initial 1-year commitment, your 1st Botox/Dysport treatment includes 20 units for only $99! (reg. $300!) Any additional units greater than 20 will be discounted to $12 per unit (reg. $15 per unit) for that initial treatment. This 20-units for $99 offer is a 1-time benefit for new membership enrollment clients only. Payment for the initial treatment is due at the time of the appointment and is not included in the 12-month contract. The client is also required to sign this membership contract at the initial appointment to be placed into the Botox/Dysport program.
Subsequent Botox/Dysport treatments after the initial treatment will be charged at a discounted price of $12 per unit (reg. $15 per unit) during the yearly contract.
For each Botox or Dysport treatment session, you will earn Alle` or Aspire reward points respectively which can also be utilized with the membership.
